Examination and Passing Standards
- Theory Examinations: Maximum Marks: 100 (30 for Continuous Internal Assessment + 70 for Term End Examinations). Passing Minimum: Not less than 25 marks in Term End Examinations (TEE) and not less than 13 marks in Continuous Internal Assessment (CIA). The overall aggregated marks must be 40.
- Practical Examinations: Passing Minimum: Not less than 40 marks in the University practical examination.
- Classification of Successful Candidates: First Class: 60 percent and above in the aggregate. Second Class: 50 percent and above but below 60 percent in the aggregate.
