Application for PSTM / PSEM Certificate

Students can apply for a Person Studied in Tamil Medium (PSTM) or Person Studied in English Medium (PSEM) certificate. The fee for this certificate is Rs. 300/-.

The fee must be paid through a Demand Draft from any Nationalised Bank, drawn in favour of “Tamil Nadu Open University” and payable at Chennai.

The completed application form and Demand Draft should be sent to the Controller of Examinations, Tamil Nadu Open University, 577, Anna Salai, Saidapet, Chennai – 600 015.
